Fresh, Healthy, and Gluten Free: Summer Salad

This Salad is so lite, fresh, and delicious. The flavors really just come together nicely and it is a complimentary dish to just about any summer meal! An added bonus, is that this is a gluten free dish, perfect for those with dietary restrictions.

1 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber peeled and chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 can of chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar

Just combine all the ingredients, toss, and serve!
